We’re an exciting start-up looking for a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor in Fort Lauderdale. We’re looking for the following attributes:
1. QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and/or CPA
2. Superb experience with managing payroll, creating 1099s and managing/filing sales tax with QuickBooks Online
3. Able to conduct monthly bank reconciliations quickly
4. Able to manage multiple QuickBooks Online accounts
5. Able to take a small business’s financials and move everything into QuickBooks Online for them
6. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping for small to mid-size businesses
7. Able to work in downtown Fort Lauderdale as well as remotely.
8. Able to travel occasionally throughout South Florida. We will compensate for gas, hotels, food, etc.
9. Great personality and easy to work with. Positive attitude is important.
10. Strong knowledge of Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, SumIfs)
Bonus points if you’re a Tax Preparer or a CPA.
The position is currently contract and part-time. However since we are growing quickly, we hope to offer benefits in the next 6 to 12 months and, of course, higher pay. Your title will be Accountant or Sr. Accountant depending on experience.
